Nutritional Guidance & Support
I can provide a nutritional review, guidance, education, ideas and support. I have already completed one very detailed nutrition course, but will also be a qualified nutritionist as of 2025.
Holistic Wellbeing Approach
Holistic wellness advice, including stress management, sleep optimisation, and mindfulness techniques.
This will include collaboration with and referral to other healthcare professionals e.g. physiotherapists, doctors

I am passionate about supporting my clients through their entire fitness & wellbeing journey. In doing so, we can work through and overcome the mental blocks or challenges you may face.
Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation
I design and implement tailored programmes that minimise the risk of future injury. If you are already injured, I can also provide rehabilitation guidance to support you through a thorough and safe recovery journey.
