1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of personal training services by Fulcrum Fitness Ltd ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
2.1. We provide personal training services both online and in-person.
2.2. The specific details of the services will be agreed upon separately between you and your personal trainer.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
3.1. We reserve the right to cancel appointments and deny future appointments for non-payment.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a paid appointment's start time will be charged in full.
3.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment for services is due at least 24 hours before the start of each appointment.
4.2. Acceptable payment methods will be communicated to you separately.
4.3. Prices are subject to change with one month's notice.
5. Cancellation of Plans
5.1. You may cancel a paid plan at any time by providing written notice to coachjackson@fulcrumfitness.org providing that cancellation also complies with item 3.2.
5.2. Any unused sessions at the time of cancellation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable fees.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. You are required to complete our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before commencing any training program.
6.2. You must inform us of any changes to your health status that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
6.3. We reserve the right to require a doctor's note before providing services if we have concerns about your health or safety.
7. Insurance
7.1. We maintain public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
7.2. Our insurance does not cover any injury or damage resulting from your failure to follow instructions or disclose relevant health information.
8. Personal Information and Data Protection
8.1. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.2. We will only collect personal information that is necessary for providing our services.
8.3. Your personal data will be: a) Processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. b) Collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes. c) Adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary. d) Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. e) Kept in a form which permits identification for no longer than necessary. f) Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security.

10.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11.2. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
